اسلام آباد…اٹارنی جنرل پاکستان نے کہاہے کہ وزیراعظم کے زیرغوریہ بات بھی ہے کہ پرویزمشرف کیخلاف غداری کامقدمہ چلانے کیلئے کی جانیوالی تحقیقات کی مانیٹرنگ کیلئے کمیشن تشکیل دیاجائے۔ تحقیقات مکمل ہوتے ہی خصوصی عدالت قائم کر دی جائے گی۔جسٹس اعجاز افضل کاکہناہے کہ عدالت قانون کے تحت چلتی ہے ، ردعمل میں فیصلے نہیں دیتے۔ جسٹس جواد ایس خواجہ کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بنچ نے پرویز مشرف کے خلاف غداری کا مقدمہ چلانے کیلیے درخواستوں کی سماعت کی۔اٹارنی جنرل منیر اے ملک نے بتایاکہ سنگین غداری کے ایکٹ کی تحقیقات کیلئے وزیراعظم نواز شریف نے ایف آئی اے کی تحقیقاتی ٹیم تشکیل دینے کے احکامات جاری کر دیے ہیں۔ پرویز مشرف کے وکیل ابراہیم ستی نے موقف اختیار کیا کہ ان کے موکل کے اعتراضات کوخاطر نظر رکھا جائے۔ جسٹس خلجی عارف نے کہا کہ عدالت اس بات کو یقینی بنائے گی کہ آپ کے موکل کو انصاف ملے۔ راولپنڈی ہائی کورٹ بار کے وکیل حامد خان نے استدعا کی کہ عدالت پرویز مشرف کی گرفتاری کے احکامات جاری کرے۔جسٹس خلجی عارف نے استفسار کیا کہ جب تک شکایت نہیں ہوتی تو عدالت کیسے گرفتاری کا حکم دے سکتی ہے ، ہو سکتا ہے کہ تحقیقات کرنے میں ایک ماہ لگ جائے۔ درخواست گزار انجینئر جمیل نے کہا کہ پرویز مشرف کوفیئر ٹرائل کا موقع ملنا چاہیے۔جسٹس اعجاز افضل نے کہا کہ عدالت قانون کے تحت چلتی ہے ، ردعمل میں فیصلے نہیں دیتے۔ اٹارنی جنرل منیر اے ملک نے کہا کہ خصوصی عدالت کے قیام اورتحقیقات کا وقت متعین کرنے کے بار ے میں دو اعتراضات آئے، وہ عدالت کویقین دلاتے ہیں کہ وقت متعین کیاجائیگا۔ خصوصی عدالت کے قیام سے متعلق چیف جسٹس سے مشاورت ہو گی۔

The video has been spread over thousand times till now of Facebook. Those who have shared this video are claiming that it is a latest video of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

The video seems to be made from a distance from helicopter and who is holding camera has zoomed to capture the video of Nawaz Sharif. In 31 seconds video A7-GHG number helicopter is seen and Nawaz Sharif is sitting with other people and tying his shalwar belt.

Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan Reveals That He Is Computer Illiterate

Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has revealed in National Assembly session that he didn’t know how to use computer and therefore he does not operate internet. This shocked many members of National Assembly but it is true that many other MNAs also does not know how to use computer.

Chaudhry Nisar said that he is not ashamed to tell that he don’t know how to use computer and therefore Facebook pages which are used on his name are not official and he does not have any Facebook page.

A political analyst while commenting on this said that it is good to see that Chaudhry Nisar told the truth that he does not know how to use computer but it is sad to see that a leading politician who is also Federal Interior Minister is a computer illiterate.

After report of this news war of words started between PTI and PML-N supporters on social media. PTI supporters started making jokes of PML-N leader Chaudhry Nisar whereas one PML-N support from Lahore said that it is not necessary to be computer illiterate and people should appreciate Chaudhry Nisar that he has told the truth.

Afridi Voluntarily Offers To Leave ‘A’ Category Of Central Contract

Pakistan former captain Shahid Afridi has voluntarily offered to leave the ‘A’ category of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) central contract. Shahid Afridi is of the view that his performance in the last years or so in not up to the mark therefore he should not be selected in ‘A’ category and should be placed in ‘B’ category.

However PCB chairman Zaka Ashraf has rejected the offer of Shahid Afridi and has stated that this decision is final and will not be changed. Shahid Afridi decision was a very unique one as in Pakistan cricketers have never offered these type of things. When cricketers themselves take this type of decisions it shows that how much they are dedicated towards their game.

When PCB announced central contract for cricketers Shahid Afridi and Younis Khan was surprised to see his name in ‘A’ category. Both Afridi and Younis are not in the squad for ICC Champions Trophy which is to be held in England but both were awarded ‘A’ category. Zaka Ashraf has advised Afridi to focus on performance and return to national squad.
